License Agreement

License Types

Each EsoTier product is sold under one of four license tiers. Your license is specified on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Single-Domain License

Use on one registered domain only
Embed is domain-locked - will not render on other domains
Non-transferable (cannot move to another domain without re-purchase)
Not for resale

Multi-Domain License

Use on up to 5 domains (as specified on product page)
Each domain must be registered during setup
Not for resale

Unlimited License

Use on any number of your own domains
Includes all future product updates
Not for resale to third parties

Agency White-Label License

Deploy on unlimited client sites
Remove EsoTier branding from embeds
Resell to end clients under your own brand
Does not grant rights to redistribute source code

What You May Not Do

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product outside an Agency White-Label license
Bypass or tamper with domain-lock protections
Claim ownership of the underlying intellectual property
Use the product in applications that are harmful, illegal, or misleading

Intellectual Property

All EsoTier products remain the intellectual property of EsoTier. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the product - it does not transfer ownership of the code, design, or content.

Updates

License holders receive updates to their purchased product version for as long as it is maintained. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, communicated in advance.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination you must remove all instances of the product from your sites.
