Every product in the Esotier Marketplace has been tested and matches its description. If something is broken on delivery, we fix it within 5 business days or refund you in full.
We do not silently break your existing embeds. When we ship updates, backward compatibility is maintained for at least 12 months. You will receive advance notice of any breaking changes.
Every support request gets a human response within 2 business days. Agency bundle holders get priority support with a 24-hour response target.
We enforce domain-locked licenses so your purchased widget cannot be freely copied onto other sites. If the enforcement breaks, we fix it immediately.
